B-I-Z-Z-A-R-E "My husband raped my sister"

A house wife Mrs. Titilayo Ojo wept  profusely as she begged an  Alakuko customary court, Lagos  to dissolve her marriage to Mr. Abayomi Ojo for being unfaithful to her.
She claimed to have met her husband in 1988 and they became husband and wife two years later.
The applicant accused the respondent of always beating her at  the slightest provocation. On one occasion, Titilayo said the husband forced her younger sister to bed and had sex with her.
The mother of three also informed the court that Abayomi failed to care for their children, especially one of them  suffering  epilepsy, adding that she had been the one responsible for the feeding and payment of the children‘s school fees.
Titilayo pleaded with the court to dissolve the marriage, and grant her custody of the children, “as  Abayomi is not a husband worthy of emulation by the children.”
The court president, Mrs. Banigo, adjourned the case for further hearing to enable Abayomi, who was not in court, to state his own side of the story
